REQUIREMENTS FOR PROMOTION
1. Student must be able to explain clearly what makes TCK
different than other martial arts.
2. Student must finish the Bible study for this level.
3. Student must memorize and apply a Scripture verse (of their choice) for each technique.
4. Student must perform the self defense technique for each technique
5. Student must be able to perform comfortably and with power:
Freedom Foundation
Prayer Foundation
Cover Foundation
Show how to make a Stone (fist)
Shield Of Faith
Self-Controlled Foundation
Rock Foundation
On Guard Foundation
Hallelujah
Avoid Evil in all Foundations (forward,
back, side to side)
Avoid Strife in all Foundations
Don't Set Foot On The Path Of The Wicked,
Belt of Truth
Flee three steps, stop,
Breastplate of Righteousness
Helmet of Salvation
Repent
Turn to the left or right and move forward in
Self-Controlled Foundation and do: Belt of Truth, Breastplate of Righteousness, Helmet of
Salvation (alternating hands with each step), stop, Repent, and repeat in the
other direction.
Move forward in
Rock Foundation and do: Belt of Truth, Breastplate of Righteousness, Helmet of
Salvation (alternating hands with each step), stop, Repent, and repeat in the
other direction.
Move forward in
On Guard Foundation and do: Belt of Truth, Breastplate of Righteousness, Helmet of
